This allows partners to identify gaps in organizational development and address them by effectively using allocated funds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Project Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Strengthened organizational governance for financial performance, employee engagement, stakeholder satisfaction and overall management<\/li>\n<li>Improved partners capacity to generate more resources for organizational resilience and sustainability<\/li>\n<li>Established Mechanism for MEALD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Key Project Outcomes: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over its three years of implementation, the project has had a significant impact on the organization\u2019s institutional development and public engagement. It contributed to the revision and updating of internal policies, supported the development of a comprehensive strategic paper, and played a key role in maintaining minimum safety standards within the workplace.
